Have always been a dog person!  And then...I became a TNR advocate.  The concept makes so much sense in terms of humane limits on the feral cat population, but for me it has brought some personal, joyful benefits.  Early each morning as the cats await their feeding on the back porch it's a cheerful beginning of the day.  They all but say hello, they play with each other, follow me around if I'm working in the yard, and then greet me at the front door when I return at night. Most of the time they are out of sight and certainly no bother.  Another asset has been that they seem to be territorial.  No additional cats hanging about.  Copcat and Brat are fun!  ~Sheila Ferrari
