We work toward the humane management and reduction of street cats, stray and feral, through a Trap Neuter Return (TNR) program. We work with communities to address the issue of street cats, provide support to cat care givers and use the opportunity to teach respect for all of life and can help to counteract violence at it’s core. A Cook County Sponsoring Agency.

PRINTER INK AND TONER CARTRIDGES

When your printer runs out of ink, you run off to the store to buy a replacement. Most of the time, that old cartridge gets tossed in the trash. Let's face it, who's going to worry about saving themselves a couple of bucks by taking the old one in in part exchange for a new or refilled one?

Don't send those non-biodegradable ink and toner cartridges to the landfill, donate them to CatVando intead!

Our office supplies store will give CatVando $2.00 off the price of a refilled cartridge, when we bring in an empty one, at the time of purchase.

If you recently purchased a new printer, what were the chances that it takes the same cartridges as your old one? Not very likely, these days. So, those spares sit in your closet, taking up space. Why not donate them to CatVando? We likely cannot use them either, but we CAN raise much needed funds by selling them at our annual rummage sales.

So, go to the closet and dig out those old inks and toners. We will also gladly accept all those unused toner cartridges that have been sitting in your office stationary cabinet (with your boss's permission, of course) ever since the old printer died, and was discarded. We would be more than happy to supply you and/or your boss with a Tax Donation receipt.
